Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This policy explains what personal data VISIVIA collects on this site, why, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. It follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

Controller: VISIVIA, company ID (CNPJ) 52.551.410/0001-24. Privacy contact: team.visivia@gmail.com.

What we collect

What you type into the contact forms and the guided conversation on the home page:

  • Name, company and work email — required so we can reply.
  • Phone or WhatsApp, sales team size and goal — optional.
  • The message you write.
  • In the guided conversation, the answers you give: they become the summary you review and send. The answers are only sent when you send the summary; until then, they stay in your browser.

Technical data

Along with the submission we record the date and time, a random record identifier, and a cryptographic hash of the IP address. The IP itself is never stored: we keep only the hash, a pseudonymisation measure used to curb abusive submissions.

We also keep a truncated browser identification (user agent) for the same reason.

If you arrived through a Google ad, the click identifier (gclid) carried in the page address may be stored with your submission. It only tells us which campaign brought the contact.

The submission also carries the page language, where it started (contact form, Raio-X or the home page conversation) and a short-lived key proving it came from the site rather than a robot. None of it describes you: it lets us reply in the right language, know which path was used and block automated submissions.

Why we use it

Legal bases: consent (art. 7, I) for the contact and for the measurement accepted in the cookie notice, and pre-contractual procedures at your request (art. 7, V). Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) covers the anti-abuse measures.

  • To reply to you and assess whether working together makes sense.
  • To prepare a commercial proposal when you ask for one.
  • To protect the site against automated submissions and abuse.
  • To measure site visits and ad results: in a restricted, cookie-free mode by default; with cookies only after your consent in the notice.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data, and we do no data enrichment from this site.

With your consent in the cookie notice, Google receives browsing data to measure visits and ad conversions (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads). Without consent, that measurement runs in a restricted mode, with no cookies and no persistent identifiers.

Data may pass through infrastructure providers strictly needed to host the site and send email, always under contract and limited to that purpose.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after the last contact, or sooner if you ask for deletion. Records required by law are kept for the legally mandated period.

Security

  • Encrypted traffic with HTTPS and HSTS.
  • A content security policy authorised per response: the only third-party script is the Google tag used for measurement.
  • Server-side validation of everything that arrives, and parameter-bound database queries.
  • Submission limits per origin and per email address.
  • IP addresses never written in clear text.
  • Access to the lead database restricted to the VISIVIA team.

Cookies

This site uses the Google tag (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) to learn how many people visit, where they come from and whether an ad led to a contact. There are no social pixels.

That is why there is a cookie notice. Only after you accept can Google write measurement and advertising cookies in your browser; declining keeps the measurement in a restricted, cookie-free mode. Your choice, either way, is kept in your own browser so we do not ask again on every page. To change your mind, clear the data of this site in your browser and the notice appears again.

Your rights

The LGPD guarantees that you may, at any time:

  • Confirm that we process your data and access it.
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
  • Request portability to another provider.
  • Withdraw consent and request deletion of data processed on that basis.
  • Be told who we share your data with.

How to exercise them

Write to team.visivia@gmail.com with the subject "LGPD". We reply within 15 days. If we need to confirm your identity, we ask only for the minimum required.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes are emailed to anyone already in contact with us.
